Accommodation

All teachers belonging to the ALEC network must provide their student with the following minimum standard of accommodation and services:

• A private bedroom - no sharing;
• A private bathroom - no sharing;
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the evening, seven days a week;
• Free access to the fridge and kitchen at all times for snacks;
• Teachers must share their meals and social time with their students and talk with them about every day, social events and things;
• Free access to laundry facilities;
• Bed linen must be changed once a week;
• Private space for studying;
• Access to the internet;
• Give students an opportunity to explore Irish culture and the environment;
• The price of accommodation is included in the total tuition fee;
• The price of accommodation for a friend or a family member not taking lessons is very competitively priced and is available on request; and
• Pick-up and drop-off their students free of charge at either Galway train or bus stations or Galway airport.
